Note: If you have received a "Security Violation", "Cookie Error", or "Session Still Active" error please read the following
before submitting this Login Error Report form.
Most times when you get a "Cookie Error" or "Security Violation" or "Session Still Active"
error when trying to login to Online Banking, it can be solved by clearing the KeyPoint Credit Union Online Banking cookie from your browser's temporary cache. The problem usually occurs either because
you clicked on the Login button more than once after entering your userid and password in or because you didn't logout properly (i.e. you didn't click the Logout buttons on both
successive pages and instead just hit the "X" button on the browser).
The problem can be solved by deleting the KeyPoint Credit Union OLB cookie in your browser's temporary cache.
Here's how to clear the cookie in your temporary internet cache in Internet Explorer browsers:
1) Click on Tools > Internet Options
2) Click on Settings > View Files.
3) Find the cookie file called "cookies:<your name>@secure-keypointcu" and delete it.
4) Then open a new browser and log back into Online banking and it should work fine
If you still cannot login successfully, please submit this form and specify the exact error you get.
