Thank you for submitting your rebate request. Your ATM fee rebate request will be processed within 7 business days. You must have a consumer Unlimited ATM or Preferred Unlimited ATM checking account to qualify for ATM fee rebates. All other account types are not eligible. Requests must be submitted within 60 days of the statement date on which the fees appear. Refer to your monthly account statement to confirm the requested ATM fees have been rebated.
Please do not submit duplicate requests for rebates. If your rebates do not appear on your account statement, please contact our National Call Center at 888-255-3637.
