        What are the enrollment requirements?

        There is no special enrollment for Check View. You just need to have Online Banking access. To Enroll in Online Banking submit the Enroll Online form. You will be activated within 48 hours. To continue to use this service for FREE, you will need to have an active Checking or Money Market Account. You will also need to maintain your account(s) in good standing for 90 days in order to take part in this service (exceptions are made for new members/accts). If these requirements are not met, the service can be disabled.

        What is the Check View self-service program?

        This service is a feature within Online Banking that provides an electronic image of the front and back of the specified check. It provides you the ability for you to view and even download images of processed checks online via the Online Banking application. To view check images just login to Online Banking then go to the Register. Your cleared check #'s will be hyperlinks. Click on the links and it will display the check image. Remember though it takes up to 7 business days after a check has cleared for the image to be available.

        Can I save or download my check images?

        Yes, you can store each and every check image to your own storage device (computer) by right clicking on the check image and choosing the menu option Save Picture As.

        How long does it take after a check has cleared for the image to be available online?

        Allow up to 7 business days after a check has cleared for the image to become available online. If after 7 business days, the check image is still not available online, email us.

        Do I need to enroll?

        There is no special enrollment anymore for Check View. All you need to have is Online Banking access. To enroll in Online Banking, just submit our enrollment form.

        How exactly does Check View work?

        Once you are enrolled in Online Banking you will be entitled to view copies of checks after seven business days of clearing your account. With the new Online Banking system, if you click on the Register option, it will display 90 days worth of checks as hyperlinks. Click on the hyperlink and it will display a front and back image of the cleared check. Remember to allow up to 7 business days after the check has cleared for the image to become available. If you want check images beyond the past 90 days, you need to click on the Research button (within Register).

        Is it related to the Online Banking system?

        Yes, Check View is a feature within the Online Banking system. You log into On-Line Banking, go to Register and your check #'s should be hyper-links. Click on the hyperlink and a front and back image of the check will be displayed.

        Once I login to Online Banking, where can I view the check images?

        After you login to On-Line Banking, go to Register and your check #'s from the past 90 days should be hyper-links. Click on the hyper-link and image of the check will appear. To view checks beyond 90 days (up to 1 year back), click on the Research button. Then enter your appropriate search period and your results page should list those check #'s as hyperlinks.

        How far back are checks viewable?

        With Online Banking, click on the Register option, and it will display the last 90 days’ worth of checks as hyperlinks. If you want check images older than the past 90 days, you need to click on the Research button (within Register).

        If I enroll today, will I be able to view only checks cleared from today onward?

        No, once you enroll you will be able to view checks from the past 90 days that have cleared.
