How do I receive my Alerts?
Login to Online Banking and Select “Options.”
- At the bottom of the page under the Alert Controls section, select your preferred delivery methods for each Alert. (Email and/or Mailbox or None)
- Designate your Email Address if Email is one of your preferred delivery methods.
- Click Continue.

How do I set up my Financial Alert options?
Click on Setup Financial Alerts. The Active Alerts page will display.
- Click on Add Financial Alerts.
- Select the account that is going to be affected. As your balance fluctuates, the Dynamic Alerts system will send you a message indicating balance levels that you indicate.
- Setup Balance Alerts
- For example, a drop down menu titled “Notify me when. . .” provides a choice of events that can trigger an Alert. A transaction must occur to trigger the event. The following events can be selected:
- Is greater than
- Is less than
- Setup Check Transaction Alerts
- Notify me when…a check transaction has occurred (enter check #).
- Notify me when a check amount…
- Is greater than
- Is less than
- Is equal to
- Setup Other Transaction Alerts provides a listing of transaction types that may apply to your financial alert. A transaction must occur to trigger the event. The following Transactions Types are available for selection:
- Notify me when…
- Electronic funds transaction occurred
- Incoming Wire posted to the account (Wire Alerts are not currently available at this time)
- Choose Additional Criteria and Amount based on transaction type
- Is greater than
- Is less than
- Is equal to
- Setup Other Alerts
- Notify me when…An Incoming Wire has been processed by the Financial Institution (FI) (Wire Alerts are not currently available at this time)

How do I set up my Personal Alerts?
From the Alert Controls screen, click on Setup Personal Alerts link.
- On... - enter the date or select a date from Calendar provided that you would like to receive the Alert.
- Notify me that... - enter the information that you would like to receive in the Alert.
- Every... - select the recurrence schedule for the Alert. You can choose from the following recurrences:
- Annual
- By-Weekly
- One Time
- Monthly
- Semi-Annually
- Weekly
- # of Times... - enter the number of times you would like to receive the Alert.
Sample Recurrences: If you select One Time as your recurrence schedule, then enter 1 in the # of Times field. If you would like to receive an alert every month for a year, selected Monthly as your recurrence schedule and enter 12 in the # of Times field.

How can I delete an Alert?
From the Alert Controls screen, select DEL under Actions. After a Financial or Personal Alert is added, it cannot be edited.

How do I review a history of my Alerts?
From the Alert Controls screen, click on Alerts History Report link where you can review a history of
Alerts. If Summary Information is requested, each selected Alert will include: Date Created, Date Sent, Status, Account and Subject. For detailed information that includes an additional line with the content
of the Alert message, uncheck Show Summary Only and click Update.
