Traditional & Roth IRAs
KeyPoint Credit Union offers traditional IRAs, which typically give you an immediate tax deduction for your yearly deposit – up to a certain deductible amount. (Consult your tax advisor for the total annual amount you can deposit and deduct.) Or you may prefer the Roth IRA, which does not offer a tax deduction in the year you make the contribution, but your earnings grow tax-free, and you may take tax-free withdrawals on those earnings for certain purposes.

IRA Disclosures
Rates Effective August 30, 2012
Flex IRA accounts have a Variable Rate. Traditional/Roth IRAs have a Fixed Rate.
All dividends are compounded and paid quarterly except certificate accounts which are compounded and paid quarterly and/or at maturity.
*Direct Deposit rate increase is for initial opening deposit only and applies to IRA Certificate renewal/rollovers. Failure to maintain net direct deposit during the term of IRA Certificate will reduce the rate by .10% APY. IRA Certificates must maintain the rate tier minimum balance through the end of the term. If the balance falls below the rate tier minimum balance, the IRA Certificate must be closed. Applicable penalties will apply to principal balance. Early withdrawal penalties apply. Rates are subject to change without notice. Please call (888) 255-3637 with any additional questions.
APY = Annual Percentage Yield
