Opt-Out of Courtesy Pay Privilege
If you choose to be remove Courtesy Pay Privilege from your checking account, you can complete and sign an Opt-Out form which is also available at any of the branches. Print and sign the Opt-Out form and return it to a KeyPoint Credit Union branch or mail to: 2805 Bowers Ave., Santa Clara, CA 95051. We will remove Courtesy Pay Privilege from your checking account immediately. You may also contact one of our service representatives at (888) 255-3637 and we will remove Courtesy Pay Privilege from your checking account. However, without the benefits of Courtesy Pay Privilege you could possibly expose your account to the following:
- Items exceeding your checking account balance will be returned NSF
- You will be subject to Merchant/Retailer fees resulting from the NSF in addition to the Credit Union's NSF fee
- Possible reporting to ChexSystems due to excessive NSF's
- Inconvenient, embarrassing, expensive and added time spent resolving the NSF

If you have previously opted-out of Courtesy Pay Privilege, you may opt-in by completing and signing the Opt-In form, which is also available at any of the branches. Print and sign the Opt-In form and return it to a KeyPoint Credit Union branch or mail it to 2805 Bowers Ave., Santa Clara, CA, 95051.
